Black-Gold Visa Guide
A practical guide for approved iCloser users: how to read the card page, protect card details, use card funding, review card-to-wallet settlement, use supported conversion services, and handle authentication prompts.
What you can manage in the Black-Gold Visa area
The Black-Gold Visa area is designed for approved users to view the card, check fund flow, open card details, use card funding, card-to-wallet settlement, and supported conversion services where available. Some actions may be hidden until your account, region, and compliance status are eligible.
Shows the masked card, hidden or visible valuation, quick actions, and recent fund flow such as authorizations and card top-ups.
Displays sensitive card fields only after verification. Treat card number, expiry, and CVV like payment credentials.
Funding, settlement out, conversion services, and account details are shown according to eligibility and partner availability.
How card funding works from your wallet
Card funding moves supported assets from your wallet into the card balance through the in-app flow. The exact tokens, networks, minimums, limits, fees, and processing times shown in the app may vary by account and partner availability.
Tap the card area, then choose the card funding action if it is available for your account.
Confirm the source wallet and network. If you use Polygon, make sure you also hold the required gas token in the same wallet.
Check minimum amount, available balance, rate, fees, and estimated received amount before continuing.
Submit the transaction after the app and wallet prompts are correct. On-chain transactions and partner processing may not be reversible.
How card-to-wallet settlement works
Settlement out moves available card balance to a supported receiving wallet. Confirm the destination and network carefully. The app may ask for an authenticator code before final submission.
Open the Black-Gold Visa page and select the card-to-wallet action.
Select the destination wallet or paste the destination address. Verify the first and last characters before continuing.
Use only supported networks and tokens shown by the app. Do not send to an incompatible chain.
Review available balance, minimum amount, fees, and authenticator prompts, then submit.
How in-card conversion services work
The conversion page lets eligible users select a source asset, enter an amount, choose a receive currency, and review an indicative rate before confirming. Supported pairs may include digital assets and fiat display currencies, depending on card program availability.
Select the asset for conversion. The app shows available balance and minimum amount rules before confirmation.
Choose a supported receive currency. Availability may vary by region, compliance status, and partner configuration.
Review the displayed rate, estimated receive amount, and any fee information before submitting.
The final screen is the source of truth. If the quote changes or expires, restart the flow and review again.
Card security and authenticator codes
The card details screen may show card number, expiry date, and CVV after verification. These fields can be used for payment, so they require the same protection as a physical card.
| Item | What it means | Recommended action |
|---|---|---|
| Card number / expiry / CVV | Payment credentials for card transactions. | Reveal only in private, copy only when needed, and never post screenshots. |
| Authenticator code | A time-sensitive confirmation code for sensitive actions. | Enter it only inside the iCloser app flow. Support will not ask you to send it. |
| Fund flow | Card top-ups, authorizations, refunds, and other posted events. | Use it to reconcile activity. Contact support if an event looks unfamiliar. |
| Limits and fees | Partner-defined rules that may vary by account and region. | Rely on the final in-app confirmation screen before submitting. |
What to check before every card action
Some screenshots may show example fee labels such as monthly fee, consumption fee, currency conversion fee, cross-border handling fee, or spending limits. These values can change and may differ by account, jurisdiction, card program, and partner configuration.
The final confirmation screen is more important than older screenshots or help articles.
On-chain wallet movements may require network gas in addition to any card or partner fees.
Some card purchases first appear as authorizations and may later post, reverse, or adjust.
Card actions, pairs, limits, and settlement options may be unavailable in some regions.
Common issues and what to do
Why can I not see the card or a specific action?
Your account may not yet be approved, the feature may not be available in your region, or partner service availability may be temporarily limited. Complete any in-app KYC, DID, or compliance prompts first.
Why did funding or settlement fail?
Common reasons include insufficient token balance, insufficient gas, unsupported network, minimum amount not met, partner limits, or temporary compliance review. Check the failed transaction detail and try again only after correcting the cause.
What if an authorization looks wrong?
Review the merchant, time, currency, and amount in fund flow. If you do not recognize it, stop using the card details and contact support with the transaction reference. Do not send card number, CVV, or authenticator codes by email.
Can support complete a card action for me?
No. For security, you must confirm sensitive actions inside the app. Support can help explain status and troubleshooting steps, but cannot ask for or use your authenticator code.
Why is the visible rate different from what I expected?
Conversion rates and partner fees may change before confirmation. If the quote is no longer acceptable, cancel the flow and restart later.
