Wallet Management
Use the iCloser wallet page with confidence: self-custodial wallet infrastructure, account switching, token list, multi-chain assets, settlement actions, receiving addresses, DID binding, token details, and on-chain history.
Understand the Wallet page
The Wallet tab is the main place to view your self-custodial wallet infrastructure and user-controlled digital assets. It may also show partner-dependent cards such as Black-Gold Visa access or VA Account access when those features are available to your account.
Use the account name at the top to switch wallets. The copy icon copies the current wallet address.
The total asset value can be hidden or shown. The value combines eligible digital asset and account views shown in the app.
Settlement, Receive, DID, and More are the primary wallet shortcuts. Use them only after checking network and address details.
How to use wallet settlement and receive flows safely
Receiving and sending use the same wallet address format on many EVM networks, but the network still matters. A token sent on the wrong network can be hard or impossible to recover.
Open the token you want to use, such as USDT, POL, ETH, BNB, or USDC. Do not assume all tokens are on the same chain.
Confirm whether the settlement is on Polygon, Ethereum, BNB Chain, or another supported network shown in the app.
For receiving, copy the address or use the QR code. For sending, compare the first and last characters of the destination address.
Outbound wallet settlement requires gas in the network native token: POL for Polygon, ETH for Ethereum, and BNB for BNB Chain.
Token list, Add Tokens, and multi-chain assets
The Tokens tab lists assets in your wallet. Some assets are shown as multi-chain, meaning the same token symbol may exist on more than one network. Expand or open the token to see the chain-level balance.
Shows assets such as USDT, POL, BNB, ETH, and USDC, with hidden or visible balances depending on your display setting.
Shows identity-related wallet information and DID binding status where available.
Use Add Tokens when a supported asset is missing from your list. Confirm the token contract and network before adding.
Use the chain dropdown to view balances by network. POL on Polygon is not the same thing as ETH on Ethereum.
Read token detail and on-chain history
The token detail page is useful when you need to confirm where a token lives, copy a contract address, check decimals, or review recent send and receive activity.
| Field | Meaning | How to use it safely |
|---|---|---|
| Token balance | Amount held for the selected token and network. | Hide balances before taking screenshots. |
| Network | The blockchain currently selected for that asset. | Match it with the sender or receiver before settlement. |
| Contract address | The token smart contract identifier. | Copy it from the app; do not type it by hand. |
| Decimals | Token precision used by the smart contract. | Use it for verification, not as an conversion rate. |
| On-chain history | Recent received, sent, signing, success, or failed records. | Use records to reconcile activity and troubleshoot. |
Network overview - ETH, POL, BNB
Every network has its own gas token. Receiving tokens normally does not require gas, but sending tokens does. If you can see USDT but cannot send it, your wallet may be missing the native gas token for that chain.
| Network | Gas token | Common assets | Typical issue |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ethereum | ETH | ETH, USDT (ERC-20) | Higher gas fees; settlement may fail without ETH. |
| Polygon | POL | USDT, POL | USDT cannot move if there is no POL for gas. |
| BNB Chain | BNB | BNB, USDT (BEP-20) | Settlement cannot submit without BNB gas. |
Common wallet questions
Why is my total balance hidden?
The app supports a privacy mode for asset values. Tap the visibility control in the wallet area to show or hide balances. Keep balances hidden when recording or sharing your screen.
Why can I receive USDT but not send it?
Sending requires the native gas token on the same network. For Polygon USDT, you need POL. For Ethereum USDT, you need ETH. For BNB Chain USDT, you need BNB.
What does "Signing" mean in history?
The transaction is in a signing or submission stage. Wait for a final status before retrying. If it fails, check gas, network, and destination address before sending again.
Why do I see VA Account in Wallet?
VA Account panels may appear for eligible users where VA financial infrastructure access is enabled or in invited beta. VA access remains subject to approval, compliance review, jurisdiction, and partner availability.
Can iCloser recover my private key?
No. In self-custody wallet functions, you control your recovery phrase. If it is lost, wallet recovery may not be possible. Store it offline and never share it.
